April Cocktail of the Month - the G&T

The classic Gin & Tonic is a deceptively simple cocktail with a long history.  There are plenty of artisanal gins on the market today, boasting a surprising range of botanical flavors.  Similarly, tonics impart their own, unique profiles to create complex but refreshing drinks.  The perfect G&T requires a balanced pairing mixed to the correct ratio.
